A product that sells itself, on a site that did not
Call Logic helps sales teams in insurance, recruiting, and B2B stop dialing by hand. Power dialing, DNC scrubbing, lead management, call coaching, the kind of software customers say tripled their call volume.
The website told almost none of that story. The design was dated, and a visitor could land on it, look around, and leave without understanding what Call Logic actually does. For a SaaS company, that is the most expensive problem a website can have.
The old site
- A design that had aged out of credibility
- Features named but never explained
- Visitors leaving without knowing what the product does
The job
- A visitor understands the whole product in minutes
- Every tool gets a page that explains it plainly
- Proof placed where it does the convincing
Step one was making a list
Before any design work, we sat down with the product and structured it. What are the tools, what does each one do, who is each one for. Simple questions the old site never answered.
That work became the site’s architecture. Each tool got its own page with a plain explanation of what it does and why it matters. A visitor can now go from never hearing of Call Logic to understanding the whole product in a few minutes.
Power dialing
Dials the list automatically, so reps spend the hour talking instead of punching numbers.
Lead management
Callbacks, follow ups, scripts, and notes in one place, organized around the next call.
TCPA compliance & DNC scrubbing
Every list scrubbed in real time, so compliance is built in rather than bolted on.
Reporting & analytics
What every rep, list, and campaign actually did, in numbers a manager can act on.
Voicemail drop & call routing
One click leaves the prerecorded voicemail and moves on. Transfers and three way calls stay clean.
Team coaching
Whisper coaching, shared lists, and call recordings, so the whole team improves on real calls.
Spelled out by industry, not just by feature
A dialer means something different to an insurance agency than it does to a recruiting firm. We structured industry pages for the audiences Call Logic actually serves, each one speaking to that buyer’s day instead of listing features in the abstract.
The same product, explained three ways, to the three kinds of people who buy it.
-
Insurance
Agencies working renewal lists and quote follow ups all day. -
Cold calling teams
B2B teams that live and die on dials per hour. -
Recruiters
Firms racing to reach candidates before the other guy does.
A design that finally matches the product
On top of the new structure we built a modern, clean design. Clear hierarchy, real product visuals, social proof from their Capterra reviews and customer stories placed where they do the convincing.
The site now looks like software a sales team would trust with their pipeline, because that is exactly what it is.
What changed
A site structured around the product, with a page for every tool and what it does
Industry pages that speak to insurance, cold calling, and recruiting buyers directly
Custom graphics built to explain the product, not decorate the page
A modern design replacing one that had aged out of credibility
Customer proof placed throughout, from Capterra ratings to real user results
A build planned around where the brand is going, not just where it launched
