The company that trains the marketers at Meta and Google
Boot Camp Digital has been teaching digital marketing for over 20 years out of Cincinnati, led by best selling author Krista Neher. Their client list reads like a stock index, and their course library covers everything from AI to analytics.
The business had outgrown the website. An old WooCommerce build was holding a catalog of 300+ courses, and neither shoppers nor Google could make sense of it.
We audited the content before touching the design
Years of growth had left overlapping pages, near duplicates, and content competing against itself in search. Restructuring on top of that mess would have just reorganized the problem.
So the first pass was an audit. We went through the content, merged similar pages, and consolidated the overlap, so every topic had one strong page instead of three weak ones. That cleanup is invisible on the surface and it is what everything else stands on.
Before the audit
- Three pages circling the same topic
- Near duplicates competing against each other in search
- Authority split three ways, so nothing ranked well
After the merge
- One strong page per topic
- Overlap consolidated and redirected
- Every subject with one clear shot at ranking
A structure Google reads as expertise
With the content cleaned up, we rebuilt the site structure around topical authority. Courses group into clear subject areas, AI, social media, digital strategy, analytics, advertising, and each area builds depth instead of sprawl.
When a site covers a subject in an organized, connected way, Google treats it as an authority on that subject. The structure is the SEO strategy, not a layer painted on after.

Courses that shop like products
A course catalog this large needs to work like a store. We rebuilt the browsing experience so courses display the way products do, organized by topic and level, easy to compare, easy to add to cart.
We also built custom search on top of it, because nobody scrolls through 300 courses. Type what you want to learn and the right course comes up.
One checkout, two systems, zero seams for the user
Buying a course and taking a course happened in two different systems, WooCommerce for the sale and a separate learning platform for the training.
We built a custom checkout that connects the two. A customer buys on the site and lands in their course without re-registering, re-entering details, or wondering if the purchase worked. One purchase, straight into learning.
Buy
The customer checks out on the site, one purchase like any store.
Connect
The custom checkout links WooCommerce to the learning platform behind the scenes.
Learn
They land in their course. No re-registering, no second login, no doubt it worked.
